Colonial Springs Senior Living Community in Buffalo is open and seeking tenants for its 12 new living units, all located next to Colonial Springs Healthcare center.
Two-bedroom apartments are $795 a month, and one-bedroom apartments are $695 a month. Each additional person living in the unit is an extra $100 per month.
Rent includes one meal a day, electric, water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal. Each apartment has a washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garage.
No medical condition is required to move in.
Butterfield Residential Care Center, 1120 N. Butterfield Road in Bolivar, is in the final stages of a new expansion. The project expanded the activities room and added 18 studio apartments, a computer lab and a laundry room.
Each 285-square-foot unit is furnished and has a 7-foot closet, private patio access, heat and air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator.
Other amenities include a 24-hour nursing staff, housekeeping once a week, three meals a day, daily activities, a beauty salon, provided linens, available cable television and daily medicine administration by a licensed practical nurse or a certified medical technician.
Names are being taken for waiting lists on each facility. Anyone 55 or older is eligible.
