Chinese e-commerce retailer Temu has filed suit against rival Shein.
The suit accuses Shein of using “mafia-style intimidation” of suppliers to limit Temu's growth in the United States.
The suit also alleges Shein has pushed dubious copyright infringement notices against Temu.
