"It's for service professionals who have never actually attended a probate court in session and will feature a mock probate trial based on real cases taken from public record," Morris added.|ret||ret||tab|
Morris said the presentation will cover business and other assets and strengthen the participants' "knowledge of planning techniques that expedite the probate process and make it less expensive and painful. |ret||ret||tab|
"We'll be able to evidence the consequences of what a lack of planning can do to an estate or business and show the serious consequences we want to protect our clients from," said Morris.|ret||ret||tab|
