Tim Hamilton of HBH Engineers is handling mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. According to previous coverage in SBJ, the new branch will replace TelComm's existing downtown branch at 651 N. Boonville. Slated for completion in February, the 2,000-square-foot facility will have four drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM and a night depository. Plans are for the branch to have a loan officer on-site. |ret||ret||tab|
The approximate cost of the building and site improvements is $250,000, according to the building permit filed with the city of Springfield. |ret||ret||tab|
The building will have an exterior insulating finish system, and it will have a colonnade around the entry area surfaced with porcelain tile. |ret||ret||tab|
