The Tennessee teen whose legs were amputated following a downtown St. Louis crash has filed suit against the city.
The suit, which also names the two drivers who hit her, was filed by Janae Edmondson, who was visited St. Louis in February for a volleyball tournament.
The incident sparked calls for St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner to resign over her office's handling of it. Gardner stepped down in May.
