Tech's Fab Five are now worth $2.2T

They're being called the new Fab Five.

Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Facebook are now collectively worth $2.2 trillion.

Apple, Google parent Alphabet and Microsoft are the three most valuable companies in the U.S.

Amazon seeks to claim the sixth most valuable spot by passing General Electric. Facebook isn't far behind, as well three are worth less than $300 billion.
