TD Bank is settling a Ponzi scheme lawsuit to the tune of $1.2 billion.
The suit alleged the bank had involvement in the $7 billion Ponzi scheme orchestrated by financier Allen Stanford.
In 2012, Stanford was sentenced to 110 years in prison.
