Target is reducing its corporate workforce by 1,800 jobs.
The cuts comprise 1,000 layoffs and roughly 800 positions that will not be filled. They represent roughly 8% of the company's corporate workforce.
The cuts mark the first major round of layoffs at Target in a decade.
