Target replaces officials in security overhaul

Target is shaking up leadership in the wake of the retailer's massive data breach.

The company will hire a new chief information officer to replace current tech chief Beth Jacob. The company is also hiring a chief information security officer and a chief compliance officer.

All three hires will be external, according to CNNMoney.
