Talent takes local concerns to Washington, D.C.

Posted online
Local residents tomorrow will have the opportunity to express their legislative concerns to the U.S. Senate as part of Sen. Jim Talent’s “Missouri Matters” community outreach effort.

Talent, R-Mo., will send a representative from his office, Drury University graduate Nathan Correll, to Greene County. Residents can schedule an appointment with Correll to address important issues or to request assistance with federal matters. Correll will pass the information to Talent, who will take all concerns back to Washington.

Talent is conducting similar efforts in other neighborhoods across the state.

Talent deals primarily with environmental issues and serves on the Senate Agriculture Committee, Senate Energy Committee and the Senate Biofuels Caucus.

To schedule an appointment with Correll, call (417) 831-2735.
