Kimberling City-based Table Rock Community Bank, which last year expanded its physical footprint to the Queen City, has launched a mortgage division.
The residential mortgage division started doing business on June 2, according to a news release. It operates at the company's Springfield branch, which opened in April 2024 at 3550 S. National Ave., Ste. 100.
Table Rock Community Bank additionally announced the hiring of James Coffer as mortgage division president. Coffer started as president of Table Rock Community Bank's mortgage division in February, followed 15 years in mortgage banking at OakStar Bank, most recently as president of mortgage banking, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The release indicates Coffer is working with loan officer Paul Eckert and loan processor Brooke Black for the division that serves all of Table Rock Community Bank's markets.
"Launching a new mortgage division with this amazing team is an exciting expansion for TRCB," CEO Charles Hachtel said in the release.
Table Rock Community Bank's website lists seven branches. As of March 31, the company had $431.7 million in assets and $372.9 million in deposits, according to data on file with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
