T-Mobile nearly triples net income

In 2015, T-Mobile produced earnings of $733 million, compared to $247 million in 2014.

During the year, the third-largest wireless carrier in the U.S. added 8.3 million customers, with 2.1 million of them coming on in the fourth quarter alone.

The company now has 63 million customers.
