Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan joined T-Mobile officials in congratulating the center’s approximately 600 employees on their first year. The company will fill another 200 positions when it is fully staffed.
The 78,000-square-foot facility, 2645 N. Airport Plaza Ave., offers a workout facility, cyber café, television lounge, game room, wellness room, nursing room, ergonomic workstations and an outside patio.
The call center opened in May 2006 and ranked No. 1 among Springfield Business Journal’s 2006 Best Places to Work in the 301+ category.
