Sweet Citrus Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Cream butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  3. Chill citrus butter for an hour.
  4. With a melon baller, scoop butter into small balls for serving.
