A couple who survived the deadly apartment building fire in the Bronx on Sunday filed a pair of class-action lawsuits.
Rosa Reyes and Felix Martinez, the lead plaintiffs, are seeking $3 billion in damages from their landlords and the city of New York.
The lawsuit is filed on behalf of all tenants who were affected by the fire, which killed 17 people.
