The U.S. Supreme Court delivered a blow to organized labor yesterday, according to NPR.
By a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled government workers who choose not to join a union cannot be charged for the cost of collective bargaining.
The ruling reverses a 40-year-old precedent.
