The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday ruled President Donald Trump's transgender military ban can go into effect.
The 5-4 vote was unsigned, meaning the Supreme Court justices did not take a stance on the ban.
The ban blocks people who have been diagnosed with a condition called gender dysphoria. Individuals without the condition may serve, but only if they do so according to the sex they were assigned at birth.
