Super Center Plaza

Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor for Super Center Plaza, a 27,000-square-foot development by Bill Jester of Resource Development Inc. Bob Stockdale of Creative Ink Architects is the architect. Ryan Howard of Engineering Consultants Inc. is the structural engineer and Pat Crocker of Crocker Consulting Engineers is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. There are 13 tenant bays of different sizes in Super Center Plaza, Jester said, and about half of the available space has been pre-leased. Tenants already signed on are Lemstone Christian Books, Great Clips, Check into Cash of Missouri and GameStop Movies Too.
Montgomery First National Bank of St. Louis is financing the project, which has an estimated cost of $4.2 million. Jester said plans are to move tenants into the structure by July. Super Center Plaza will link the parking lot of Wal-Mart Super Center with Town & Country, another Jester development. While Town & Country and Super Center Plaza will have similar architecture, Jester said they will not be attached.
