Super Bowl ads to cost roughly $5M

Advertisers are expected to pay at least $5 million this year for 30-second ad spots in the Super Bowl hosted on NBC.

The price tag is about the same as it was last year when Fox hosted the NFL championship.

However, it's up from the $4.5 million 30-second spot charge advertisers paid when NBC last hosted the Super Bowl in 2015.
