Estimated completion: July
Project description: Sunshine Towne Centre will consist of two shell retail buildings, one 29,500 square feet and the other 2,500, located adjacent to the new Target store, with the capacity to house multiple tenants. The buildings are concrete masonry, and the larger building uses steel construction to accommodate taller storefronts, project officials say. The design is intended to harmonize with other buildings in the development with a mix of different brick colors, exterior insulation and finish systems, metal paneling and wood-look tiles. The architect is Buf Studio LLC, which is also handling structural engineering work. Other engineers are Own Inc., civil; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
