SunEdison to be delisted from New York Stock Exchange

Maryland Heights solar developer SunEdison's stock on May 17 will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

The news follows the company's recent bankruptcy filing.

According to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing, SunEdison officials did not appeal the decision to be delisted.
