SunEdison terminates CFO

Maryland Heights-based solar developer SunEdison Inc., which recently filed for bankruptcy, has terminated the employment of its chief financial officer.

Brian Wuebbels, who also serves as chief administration officer and chief accounting officer, this week was handed a 30-day notice. His last day will be June 9.

The company's CFO since 2012 announced in March plans to leave SunEdison to focus on his duties with the company's TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global affiliates. However, later that month, he resigned as president and CEO of those companies.
