Buf Architecture Studio LLC
Buf Architecture Studio LLC designed the Heritage mixed-use development at the former site of Heritage Cafeteria. The project features ground-floor commercial space fronting Battlefield Road and 95 apartment units on the top four floors. Building amenities include covered parking, an outdoor pool, dog walking area, storage lockers, fitness center and an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge. Design officials say the exterior will feature wood elements reminiscent of the interior of the Heritage Cafeteria along with stone accents. O’Reilly Build LLC is the general contractor and engineering work is by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Wells and Scaletty LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in summer 2023.
The Courageous Church is growing its footprint with the addition of a new East Campus, made possible through a merger with the former Eastern Gate Free Will Baptist Church.
