Hood-Rich Inc. is the architect on a project by Great Southern Bank to replace its banking center just north of Kimberling City. The 1,600-square-foot facility features a lobby with high ceilings and exposed glulam beams and drive-thru banking lanes, including an interactive live teller machine. American Contracting Enterprise is the general contractor, and engineering work is by Palmerton & Parrish Inc., civil; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to wrap by the end of the year.
Tea Bar & Bites Bakery & Cafe changed ownership; the Springfield-Greene County Health Department relocated one of its clinics; and a Joplin real estate investment organization affiliated with a national trade group formed the Springfield Real Estate Investors Association.
