Insight Design Architects LLC designed the 2,800-square-foot remodel of a CiCi’s Pizza to a new Starbucks in Branson. Officials say the store will feature the newest components of the Starbucks franchise standards, but in a nod to its surroundings, the interior design will invoke the feeling of a theater and stage. J.E. Foster Building Co. (St. Louis) is the general contractor of the $750,000 project with engineering work by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Jennifer Winslow PE LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. FrankZdesign LLC is the landscape architect. The project is expected to wrap in September.
A wave of affordable housing built in the 1990s through the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit are expected to revert to market rate housing in the next few years.
