Paragon Architecture LLC designed event center The Exchange at Wall Street. Officials say the $5 million entertainment complex will host weddings and meetings, and also feature a steakhouse restaurant. The Exchange can accommodate a few hundred guests inside, along with an exterior stage and outdoor seating for over 1,000 people. The design calls for a pond on the south lawn of the event center. Base Construction Management LLC is the general contractor, and engineering work is by J&M Engineering LLC, structural; Crawford, Murphy & Tilly Inc., civil; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
