Officials say amenities will include a pool, bistro, third-story pub and rooftop social deck, a game room and theater. H Design Group LLC is the project architect and engineers are Olsson Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
The first southwest Missouri location of EarthWise Pet, a national chain of pet supply stores, opened; Grey Oak Investments LLC relocated; and Hot Bowl by Everyday Thai LLC got its start.
