Project description: Renovations of the Missouri State University residence hall include reconfiguring the first floor, 10th floor and bathrooms. The first-floor remodel involves an expanded lobby, new windows and apartments for administrators, project officials say, noting new windows, meeting rooms and a computer lab are going on the 10th floor. TreanorHL PC (Kansas City) is the project architect, with engineering work by Bob D. Campbell and Co. (Kansas City), structural; and Antella Consulting Engineers Inc. (Kansas City), mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
