Oke-Thomas and Associates Inc. is the project architect and structural engineer for an 18,000-square-foot building for Hoke-Peterson LLC. Officials say the main tenant will be the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The $1.7 million project comprises private and open offices, workrooms, conference rooms, a large meeting space and break room. Hoke & Peterson is general contractor, with engineering work by Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC, civil and landscape; and Green Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to finish in December.
