Interpres Building Solutions LLC is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering work on two buildings totaling 18,000 square feet for Opfer Communications Inc.’s new office and video production studio. The Chesterfield Village property was purchased last year from Larry Lipscomb, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. Officials say a general contractor has not yet been selected. Arkifex Studios LLC is the project architect, and additional engineering work is by Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC, civil and structural. The project is expected to be completed in August 2020.
