Maria’s South
4610 S. Campbell Ave.
Esterly, Schneider and Associates Inc. was selected to design a restaurant for a development by Morris Dock. The 3,800-square-foot building will be home to a second Maria’s Mexican Restaurant on South Campbell Avenue. Officials say the design features metal panels with a dark wood grain finish, accented by stone, stucco and bright red canvas awnings. Dock’s construction firm, MoDoCo Inc., is general contractor for the project, with engineering work provided by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project with undisclosed costs is slated for completion in October.
