Miller Engineering is the structural engineer for Covenant Dove LLC’s two-story office building. Architectural design is by Mark E. Bixler Architect and GHN Architects/Engineers. Other engineers are Crafton Tull Sparks & Associates Inc., mechanical; and Allen & Hoshall Inc., civil.
