Mathews & Associates completed design, surveying and construction staking for roadway, sanitary sewer, storm water and traffic signal improvements to extend Alliance Avenue south of Division Street in PIC West. This project will serve new industrial tenants including Northstar Battery and FedEx. Completion is slated for fall.
