Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the University of Missouri’s Bradford Center. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer, and Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect. The center combines research and testing facilities and a conference area designed for students, faculty and extension office personnel to study issues such as waste-water management, pest and weed control, and alternative crops. Sustainable design techniques incorporated include site orientation, daylighting and high-efficiency lighting. A completion date is to be determined.
