Great River Engineering is the civil engineer for the Taney County Regional Sewer District’s Ozark Beach sanitary sewer collection system project. Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc. is the electrical engineer for the project, which is designed to serve 387 commercial and residential structures on Ozark Beach along State Highway Y, roughly two miles south of Forsyth. The Ozark Beach watershed covers about 700 acres and is nearly surrounded by Lake Taneycomo and Bull Shoals Lake. This project will provide a centralized collection system, and facilitate the removal of private treatment systems and residential septic tank/drain field systems. Project funding comes from the Taney County 1/4-cent sales tax, and completion is slated for October 2009.[[In-content Ad]]
