Deka Engineering is the civil engineer for FedEx’s 87,680-square-foot, 154-door freight facility on a 55-acre site. Chamberlain-Goforth Architects is the project architect. Other engineers are LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Edelman Engineering, structural. The site will include truck and employee parking areas. Deka worked with owner/developer FedEx/Brett Construction to design the site layout, grading, storm-water, detention and site utilities on a site with 30 feet of relief from west to east.[[In-content Ad]]
