Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and the structural engineer for this 27,000-square-foot retail shopping center, to be located in a 63-acre mixed-use development for owner Pinnacle Hills West LLC. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the retail center, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2009.
