Godwin & Associates is the architect and the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for St. Charles Rock Road Development LLC’s lodging facility in Bridgeton, just west of St. Louis. The 137-room, five-story hotel comprises 86,682 square feet and will have an indoor pool, exercise facility, meeting space and Kem’s Restaurant. Completion is slated for December 2009.
