Gaskin Hill Norcross of Missouri Inc., which does business as GHN Architects/Engineers, is the architect, engineer and interior designer for the renovation of and addition to Lebanon City Hall and Police Department. The project adds 14,000 square feet to the Police Department and renovates 9,500 square feet to expand City Hall. A 900-square-foot 911 call center and police dispatch area is included in the addition, along with offices, interview rooms, locker and shower areas, detention cells, evidence-processing areas, a sallyport for secure prisoner transport, and a vehicle impound and inspection area. Lebanon City Hall will have a central lobby connecting all services, conference rooms, Planning & Zoning offices, city administrative offices and the Utilities Department. Completion is slated for spring 2009.
