Creative Ink Architects is the architect for this 3,900-square-foot, Prairie-style dental office, designed to complement surrounding office buildings. Engineers are Edelman Engineering, structural; and LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. To maximize operational efficiency, the office features eight dental suits for exams and minor operations, organized around a centralized sterilization room, X-ray room and lab. The building’s footprint was largely shaped by the geometric challenges of the tight, half-acre building site, which is located on Ingram Mill Road near Glendale High School.
