The Hollister Walgreens site is the second under construction in the Branson area for property owner/developer Tam Allan of Lincoln, Neb.-based Village Development LLC. A store in Branson West is slated to open in early fall. The stores have some similarities: Each store will have 14,500 square feet with a drive-through for pharmacy pickup. The Hollister Walgreens is expected to open in early 2009.
