The administration building at Evangel University is named for Assemblies of God general superintendent Ralph M. Riggs, who helped establish the school, and it will anchor the campus quadrangle. The 69,000-square-foot, three-level building will house the offices of university President Robert Spence and provide space for student development, business and finance, institutional development and computer services. The roof is currently being installed and crews are working on other exterior finishes such as masonry, as well as finishing site work. Completion is on schedule for December.
