The 37,872-square-foot Heatherwood Apartments complex comprises 31 units in two buildings for owner/developer Affordable Homes Development Inc. Tenants must earn 60 percent or less of the median income in Greene County to be eligible to live in the development, and developer Marie Carmichael has said the two- and three-bedroom apartments will rent for $405 to $450 a month.
