Estimated cost: $12 million

Work continues on developer Scott Tillman's College Station retail development at the corner of College Street and Campbell Avenue. The project includes a 14-screen Hollywood Theater, as well as retail and restaurant space. The theater comprises roughly 40,000 square feet of the 135,000-square-foot development. Project manager Scott Kauffman said the theater shell has been turned over for infill. According to a building permit on file with the city of Springfield, Mapp Construction is the general contractor theater infill, with the estimated cost of that work listed at $4.7 million. College Station also includes leasable space on the first floor of College Station Car Park.
