Engineers: Vandersluis Engineering, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Silverhill Co. LLC, structural

Estimated cost: $1.3 million

KayGra Properties' 15,937-square-foot Bristol Towne Centre is a two-story office and retail development. Each floor includes five units that should be available by Dec. 1.

Crews have finished putting up steel and are now pouring concrete for the ground floor, according to Project Manager Roy Decker. Project completion is slated for November.[[In-content Ad]]
