Estimated cost: $1.2 million, according to a building permit on file with the city of Springfield

This 6,000-square-foot bank will be Arvest's second in Springfield. It will be a full-service retail branch with five drive-through lanes and an automated teller machine. Representatives from Arvest Asset Management and Arvest Mortgage, along with a commercial lender and consumer loan officers, will work from the branch. Completion is scheduled for November.
