Suit claims United assaulted 71-year-old man

United Airline is being accused of assaulting a 71-year-old Houston, Texas, man.

Robert Tigner, now 73, filed the suit over the 2015 incident at Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Video recently surfaced showing Tigner being pushed to the ground. The suit claims he was "knocked unconscious and later taken to the hospital by an ambulance."
