Slated for completion in summer 1998, this development features a large lake and smaller finger lakes, and walking trails.
A planned development, Turnberry Estates was given the highest score in review by Christian County Planning and Zoning.
The subdivision features 12 cul-de-sacs, a greenbelt park area and a curved street system. Also, this development solved an adjacent single-family subdivision's stormwater problems.
