Study: Rolla smartest Mo. city, 19th in nation

A study released last year positions Rolla as the smartest city in Missouri and 19th on the list of America's Smartest Cities. Columbia, No. 41, and Kansas City, No. 85, also made the list of 100 cities, but Springfield and St. Louis are absent.
