Study finds 714K Midwest residents work in clean energy

More than 714,000 people living in the Midwest work in clean energy industries, according to a new study by Clean Energy Trust.

Energy efficiency led in jobs, employing 513,695, followed by renewable energy, with more than 83,000.

In the Midwest, employers are projecting a 4.5 percent rise in clean energy jobs this year.
